We try to keep the minimum order quantity as low as possible while maintaining reasonable pricing. For certain products, like T-shirts, producing small quantities can be more expensive because larger orders help reduce production costs. The minimum order quantity may vary depending on the product, as not all items are available in all colors and sizes from our suppliers.
b. Is it possible to order different sizes for textile?
Yes, it’s possible to order different sizes. Simply add the size you need to your cart, and then repeat the process for the other sizes you require. Our system will automatically sum up all the sizes and calculate the correct price rate based on the total quantity ordered.
c. Is it possible to see a product before ordering?
Yes, it is possible to see a product beforehand. Feel free to reach out to us and, if time permits, you can visit our showroom to see the products and our production line in person.
a. Why are your prices not fixed and vary within a range?
Our prices vary because the cost of production decreases as the quantity of the order increases. This is known as economies of scale. Essentially, the more items you order, the lower the cost per item. We optimize production costs to ensure that you get the best possible price for larger orders, passing the savings on to you.
b. Why the price of a product has increased since my last order?
We always strive to keep our prices stable by making smart choices, such as partnering with suppliers who are less affected by market fluctuations. However, we are sometimes impacted by external factors, such as increases in energy costs, labor wages, and the cost of raw materials. These factors can influence the final price of your order. Rest assured, we do everything we can to keep prices as low as possible, ensuring they remain sustainable for both parties.
c. What is your average response time?
We prioritize inquiries based on the importance of the topic, ensuring that urgent matters are addressed first. However, we strive to respond to all inquiries within 5 working days.
d. Is a discount possible for larger volumes?
If you’re looking for corporate pricing on a large order, feel free to reach out to us. We’ll be happy to discuss the possibilities and work out a price that works for you.

The available colors vary for each product and depend on our suppliers. We are continuously updating our portfolio to offer you a wide variety of options. If you have something specific in mind that isn’t covered by our current choices, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
b. Is it possible to have more than one customization on a product?
Yes, it’s possible! We don’t want to limit your creativity. However, since our system doesn’t currently support multiple customizations, you’ll need to get in touch with us to discuss potential solutions. We’ll then provide you with a tailored offer.
c. Are there any constrains on the logos or designs that can be put on the products?
Yes, we do have certain guidelines. All designs are reviewed by our team, and we do not approve any designs that promote hate, discrimination, or violence against minority groups. This includes, but is not limited to, content that promotes fascism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of hate against the LGBTQ+ community or other marginalized groups. These are values we stand behind, and we are committed to promoting inclusivity and respect.

d. What file format do you need for our logo or design?
Ideally, your design should be in a vector format, such as AI, SVG, or EPS. However, if you don’t have your design in one of these formats, we also accept PNG or PDF files.
e. Is it possible to shorten the lead for production?
We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible within a reasonable timeframe. However, we understand that timelines can sometimes be tight. If you need faster delivery, please get in touch with us, and if it’s feasible, we’ll make the necessary arrangements.

At the moment, we only ship within Greece. However, we are in the process of developing our logistics network to expand shipping to EU countries in the near future.

The production time depends on the complexity of the design to be printed, but it typically takes up to 10 working days. Once the product is shipped, delivery within Greece usually takes 1–5 working days.
