Our company primarily offers custom-made products that are manufactured according to the specific needs and specifications of the customer. The following return terms apply to both custom-made and non-custom products.

1. Returns of Custom-Made Products

Most of our products are personalized and created based on your preferences. These custom products are produced after you select the desired item and upload your design, which is printed exclusively for you. Due to the nature of these products, which are made to personal specifications, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please ensure that your selections are correct before finalizing your order.

However, exceptions are made if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In these cases:

• The customer must notify the company within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The company will review the request and, if the defect is confirmed, will offer a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

2. Returns of Non-Custom Products

For products that are not custom-made, the following terms apply:

• The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the delivery date without providing a reason (in accordance with applicable distance selling laws).
• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect in the product.
